How to Make Lipstick Last All Day
Lipstick has come a long way in the past five years. We were once stuck with reds, oranges and pinks. We now have a lot of choices across the rainbow which has brought many people out of their shell to try many color variations. The question now becomes
HOW TO MAKE THE COLOR LAST?
The good news...... YOU CAN MAKE YOUR LIPSTICK LAST
with a few simple steps.
#1) Apply a good lip liner which matches the ENTIRE lip. Use a lip liner which is close to the color you plan to use.
#2) Apply your lipstick over the lined lip.
#3) VERY IMPORTANT....
Be sure to blot your FIRST layer of lipstick to draw any extra oils or unsettled wax from the product.
#4) Re-Apply Lipstick to seal the color
#5) (Optional but important) Pat in translucent powder to "set"
the color down to the skin.
This way your lipstick is truly set with STAYING POWER!
